"Golf For Kids" Fundraiser

12:00 PM Shotgun Start @ Yankee Trace Golf Club, Centerville, OH

Sponsored by the Dor-Wood Optimist Club of Kettering, this outing is a major fund raising event to support kids' programs in Kettering and surrounding area.

$150 per golfer
The Golf Package Includes: Greens fees, Cart, Lunch, Refreshments on the course,  Dinner, Special prizes, Door prizes including a $500 cash Grand Prize, and fellowship.

The shotgun start is at 12:00 PM in a four person team, scramble format. Teams will be divided by flights so everyone has a chance to win.
 SPONSORSHIP and PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES:

$700 for a team sponsor package - 4 golfers, a hole sponsorship and 2 cart sponsorships
$100 for a hole sponsorship (name on sign at that hole)
$25 for a cart sponsorship (name on sign attached to cart)
$150 for an individual golf fee
